Heather "Fae" Anderson
(They/Them/Theirs)
Fae’s massage style is guided by a blend of anatomical knowledge, intuitive listening, and ongoing communication with their clients. They believe that every client brings essential insight into their own experience—and that healing is best achieved through a collaborative process.
Fae has practiced in both chiropractic and wellness clinic settings, working primarily with clients recovering from car accidents, work-related injuries, or the wear and tear of daily life. Their mission is to help people out of pain not by fixing them, but by helping them understand, trust, and work with their bodies to restore balance.
They use a combination of:
Myofascial Release NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) Deep Tissue Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) Their sessions are often interactive, incorporating gentle movement and muscle testing to uncover compensatory patterns. NKT plays a key role in their approach, helping restore proper brain-to-muscle communication by identifying which muscles are underworking and which are overcompensating. Paired with their other tools, this method helps people take an active role in reshaping how they feel and move, leading to long-term shifts in pain and balance.

NBC-HWC
Health Coach, Mobility Specialist, and Fitness Trainer
Health Coaching:
By using Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Active Listening, Shane works with you to define your values and goals. We then develop a plan of action to establish SMART goals to achieve your vision.
Mobility:
Shane uses his knowledge and experience to help individuals improve their mobility, range of motion, and strength. He has worked with clients that have suffered from scapulothoracic pain, elbow/wrist pain, glenohumeral pain, hip/knee pain, gait dysfunction, chronic neck pain, and core deficiencies.
Shane’s methodology is to start by assessing an individual’s mobility and range of motion. He then designs a program that is tailored to the individual’s specific needs. The goal of the program is to improve the individual’s mobility and range of motion, which will then lead to improved strength and function.
Shane’s philosophy is to target the neuromuscular (brain-to-body) connection. He focuses on training the brain to send the correct signals to the muscles. This helps to ensure that the individual can move correctly and safely.
Fitness:
Fitness begins with truly understanding how to use your body. With a framework of mobility established, we work together to establish a program that is geared toward your specific fitness goals. The core mantra is to train with intention.

“Physical Therapy should be specific to each individual and their personal mobility needs and wants: it is not a “cookbook approach” because each person’s “recipe” is a little different. We are complicated creatures, and it is important to look at the whole integrated system… the whole person… and not just the symptoms. Physical Therapy should be a collaboration. It’s about helping the client understand their body and about guiding them towards independence and healing.”
